Bought a $600 water distiller
Bought a $600 water distiller. Broke within a couple of uses. Told me it was recalled but they’d replace it with a model that worked, at their expense. The next day told me they wouldn’t replace it and to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer doesn’t respond. I wont use this company again. Dishonest at best

Purchased juicer with 5yr on parts
Purchased juicer with 5yr on parts, 10year on motor. The auger split into two and mesh plastic cap snapped within warranty but vitality4life simply refuses to warrant .. because "natural wear and tear".. well duh I used the Juicer, biochef synergy. Avoid this scamming company that refuse to honour warranty.

Treadmill got lost by courier, useless customer service
I ordered a treadmill which cost over £480. The courier Tuffnells (another awful company) never delivered it despite claiming that they did (I was home all day, nobody rang the doorbell nor knocked on my door, and my building's concierge did not see anyone trying to deliver my treadmill) and now I have been waiting for over two weeks for a resolution to my issue. No proof of delivery was received.
Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful, blaming the delay on the courier.
They are treating me like a liar and they are not issuing a refund despite me having proof that it was not delivered.

This company sells really good products…
This company sells really good products and I've found them to be extremely helpful on the rare occasions I've needed help. I am surprised at some of the bad reviews, as they've been great with me.

Long never ending story
I purchased a spare part online on 15 November 2021 and I didn't receive the good as mentioned in the previous review.
February 4: they want to refund me in a different currency (GBP) even if the quotation and the payment was in EUR.
Why I have to open an account in GBP to receive a refund?
I have provided even a different account able to change the currency, I wonder who will pay the exchange cost.

Very poor contact with customer service!
This is the first time I have encountered such deliberate incompetence!
I ordered a different product. I received another ... They deceived me ... and so I was left with the juicer -

- it gets clogged with celery with other products!
Stay away, avoid this product - !!!!

Fantastic Customer Service @
Fantastic Customer Service when I had a problem with my 10+ year old juicer. All repaired and upgraded under guarantee and returned within days- nothing was too much. VERY impressed but then I've always found Vitality4Life the best in their field as they really do care. Thank you again!

Shoddy product, no customer service. Avoid.
I bought a replacement front end for a juicer, the part broke within a few weeks after normal use and I requested a refund as unfit for purpose, the original part lasted 10 years.
I heard nothing, phoned (no answer left message), emailed explaining I expected a response by end of week, they replied confirming that I had bought the part from them and asking for more details (I had already sent these but in the interests of resolving the matter I sent everything again). Nothing.
I will arrange a refund through my credit card company.
The same part is available on amazon, they handle refunds and returns professionally, avoid this company at all costs.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I ordered a juicer on 22nd February and never received it. They eventually offered a refund, but it hasn't arrived either. I will be informing Barclays bank about it so that the company is put on a black list.

Very bad experience so far
My blender arrived after one month, completely broken
, they do not answer to your mail so I had to claim a refund with PayPal. No answer from them in one week! Really bad!!!! Still waiting for an answer!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Please, spare yourself a lot of worry and stress and expensive phone calls to their premium rate number and don't buy from them. After purchasing an expensive item I found it to be faulty, and it took weeks to try to get the item returned and a refund given with no replies to my emails. I never usually write reviews but don't want anyone else to go through such a terrible experience.

I was charged for a premium rate number whenever I needed to speak to someone, I quickly reached my mobile spending cap.
The colour I paid for was subsequently out of stock.
I was repeatedly given false delivery information, the juicer took over 8 days to arrive.
The juicer finally arrived with a European plug rendering it unusable.
I was offered a refund, or an “upgrade” to a substandard product. To be honest I’d had enough. I would have accepted a discount or some gesture of goodwill but nothing tangible was offered.
Just spend some extra cash and buy from ukjuicers instead. Better products. Better people.

Non existent customer service
We purchased a treadmill paying over £1000. The treadmill is not the issue the issue is the Company, Vitality4life. A simple question about warranty resulted in numerous unanswered phone calls and numerous unanswered emails! After weeks of no replies I finally got a 1 line response from the UK Manager that didn't answer my question or help in any way. After the dismissive response I tried again contacting them ............Nothing.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will NEVER buy anything from them again!
